She has a proven track record in leading complex projects and programmes from initiation to completion. With her background in both engineering and business management, Tatiana brings a balanced perspective that combines technical insight with strategic leadership.

At Deerns, Tatiana leads international multi-disciplinary projects in the Data Centre sector, with a focus on planning and execution of technically challenging initiatives with MEP and sustainability bias across the UK, Europe, and globally.

As part of her daily role, she successfully collaborates with diverse, multicultural, and cross-specialist teams from across all Deerns international offices and partners.
